It is that time of year again – membership dues need to be paid.  Please fill in your name, address, phone number, and email address below so that I may check them against my current records.  There is also a waiver for next year that needs to be signed and returned with you dues.  We also request that if any of your dogs rabies shot records need to be updated, you include them as well.  If you have any new dogs or puppies you must also include all of their shot records.
